Purpose:

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the entire management and sales of our branch in France. You will focus on achieving sales targets, managing employees, implementing successful sales strategies, and managing a full P & L and staffing of the branches.

You will sell company products to accounts by managing terms and conditions of contracts, executing orders, conducting sales presentations and achieving monthly/yearly quota objective. You will have the freedom to implement sales strategies, exchange ideas and suggest sophisticated business process solutions to meet customer needs Recruiting and hiring training and development of staff

Job Specifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in branch management.
• Experience with managing full P&L
• Experience in selling to instrumentation and process industry market
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, focused on high quality and business profit
• A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
• Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives
• Empathic communicator
